CHILI COCOA

Ingredients:

  • Cocoa powder – 1.5 tablespoons
  • Milk – 300 ml
  • Chili pepper – 2 g
  • Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp
  • Honey – 1 tsp
  • Ground nutmeg – pinch

Cooking method:

-Pour milk into a small saucepan and heat over low heat, not boiling.

-Pour cocoa powder into a cup, mix with chili, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add hot water. Mix all components thoroughly until smooth.

-Rub the chili pepper on a fine grater. Mix the pasty mass and a pinch of chili with milk, stir the cocoa vigorously. Bring to a boil, add sugar or a teaspoon of honey. Strain and pour into a glass or cup.

HOT CHOCOLATE WITH HALVA

Ingredients:

  • Halva – 50 g
  • Milk – 300 ml
  • Chocolate – 50 g
  • Cocoa powder – 30 g
  • Ground ginger – 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar – 3 tsp

Cooking method:

-Grind halva with a fork.

-In a saucepan, mix ginger, cocoa, milk, hot water, bring the mixture to a boil over low heat, then reduce the heat to a minimum, cook, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 minutes.

-Remove the stewpan from the heat, add brown sugar, chocolate broken into pieces, mix well so that the sugar and chocolate melt.

-Pour the drink into cups and sprinkle with halva.

ORANGE WARMING DRINK

Ingredients:

  • Oranges – 3-4 pcs.
  • Carnation – 5-6 buds
  • Allspice – 5-6 peas
  • Cardamom – 1-2 capsules
  • Cinnamon – 1 stick
  • Sugar – 2-4 tsp

Cooking method:

-Squeeze juice from oranges.

-Remove a thin layer of zest from half of one orange with a vegetable peeler.

-Lightly grind the clove buds, peppercorns and cardamom peeled from capsules in a mortar to reveal the aroma.

-Pour the freshly squeezed orange juice into a small saucepan, add the zest, cinnamon stick and spices pounded in a mortar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Finally, add sugar to taste. We close the finished drink with a lid and let it brew for 5-10 minutes.

-We filter the finished drink and pour it into glasses.

MULLED WINE WITH ALMONDS AND SPICES

Ingredients:

  • Dry red wine – 750 ml
  • Honey – 100 g
  • Carnation – 1 pc.
  • Cinnamon – 1 stick
  • Cardamom – 2 pcs.
  • Orange – 1 pc.
  • Peeled almonds – 100 g
  • Raisins – 100 g

Cooking method:

-Pour the wine in a saucepan and heat over medium heat to 60 degrees. Add all the ingredients (only grated zest is needed from the orange). Stir and let it brew for at least 30 minutes.

-Filter the finished drink and pour it into glasses.
